In today's real estate market, it's important to educate and empower the consumer to make well informed decisions. For this reason, I provide up to date market information for buyer and seller clients, including quarterly market statistics and local market trends. My clients also receive access to a private website service which provides complete MLS listing inventory with real time price updates and neighborhood sales data. Buyer clients can stay on top of the most recent listings as they hit the market while seller clients can actively monitor competing listings.

Previously working in the mortgage business, I am knowledgeable about the industry. I offer my clients guidance as to whom the most skilled and experienced mortgage brokers and bankers are depending on the type of home they are purchasing. Working with the right group of bankers, appraisers, attorneys and engineers can be the difference between a smooth and unpleasant transaction. I have been fortunate enough to save many transactions that otherwise would not have closed based on my network of professionals. I'm always happy to provide recommendations of qualified and seasoned professionals to any customer of client that I work with.

As my Grandfather (the 3rd generation in the Ragetté lineage) used to say "No transaction is worth sacrificing my reputation."  I am happy to call of my past clients...friends!
