Training

Ragetté Real Estate commitment to growth is focused on hiring and training new and experienced agents. Upon joining the Ragetté team, agents get on-site group training in a program designed to build their knowledge and confidence, with courses taught by our broker and top-experienced agents. This initial in-depth program is followed by ongoing sales and marketing programs that offer newcomers the opportunity to learn & practice skills that will help enhance their success and experienced agents the chance to improve their skills and move up to a higher level of financial success. Support

We provide, at no expense to our agents, specialized administrators that handle all paperwork and organization of each sales transaction.

Support includes:

• Handling all inputting, updating and maintenance for your listings in the Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service.
• Creation and submission of all marketing materials of agent’s listings including internet marketing, print advertising and direct mailing campaigns.
• Management of all company phone calls through a highly professional, 7 day a week staff. Staff will facilitate in coordinating property showings, converting customer calls and assisting your clients through the sales process.

We give our agents more time to focus on what they do best - serving their clients!

Lead Distribution

We believe our agents are most effective in the field. Therefore, we require no floor time.  In the past year alone we have received over 1,450 customer calls. This number does not include internet leads, agent name riders, sign calls or calls from previous clients. These customer calls are distributed amongst our agents based on performance, with no mandatory requirement of floor time to answer the company phones.

Compensation

Technology

We at Ragetté Real Estate continuously research and invest in advancing our technology systems. We currently provide a state of the art telecommunication phone system which allows our agents maximum sales efficiency. Benefit from “follow me” technology, our fax to email server and our voicemail system that will enable you to run your business much like a fortune 500 company. Advanced software applications are also provided in order to assist you in the pricing and marketing of your listings and your personal business. In May of 2008 we launched a new company website with sophisticated back office technology and advanced lead capture equipment. In July of 2008 we generated an average of 5,698 home views per day on our website. Providing a technology edge in our industry has provided our agents maximum sales efficiency.
